Description
“He seems like a bad influence.”

Beau’s been hearing about his brother’s best friend, Trick, for years - and has made his disapproval of their friendship known in more ways than one. Beau’s a steady, solid, set in his ways kind of guy, and he just wants his brother to do well in life… but this Trick guy is at the root of every mischievous story his brother tells.

"I’m not afraid of being who I am and wanting what I want. Are you?"

Patrick thrives on spontaneity, mischief, and mayhem. Injured in a car accident in his teens, he hasn’t let his limited mobility hold him back from experiencing all life has to offer. And when life offers up a cute vet just when he needs help for his service dog, Pepper, who is he to turn it down?

Welcome to Sunnydale Vets, where love is the best medicine, and all it takes to fix your problems is the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get to work. This heartwarming book features mpreg, an omega who isn’t about to let his disability get in the way of living his best life, a handsome veterinarian who needs to learn how to loosen up, and one heck of an awkward identity reveal. This book and every other book in the Sunnydale Vets series can be read in any order.

Book Review

This was a sweet mpreg story focused on Beau and Patrick. I was glad there wasn't exactly "insta" love that so often occurs. Beau's planned and defined world is shaken up when he meets Patrick, a paralyzed omega who lives life a bit looser than he does. He (Patrick) also happens to be the best friend of his brother Travis. The story was well put together and flowed easily. The only negative for me that stands out beyond the few grammatical errors was that there was an overload of angst that I found myself skimming to get to the action or some type of interaction between characters.

I'll be updating this review with the remaining 6 books in the series.
